High Intensity Interval Training - Incorporating several rounds that alternate between high intensity movements to increase the heart rate and short periods of lower intensity & strength.
VFC
Varied Functional Circuit - A variety of workout stations making up a full body strength workout throughout the duration of the class. Stations remain for 4 weeks to challenge individual growth in strength & intensity.
POWER STEP
A combination of our traditional STEPFIT class, alternating with strength work focusing on the upper body with the use of weights and resistance exercises.
TTT
Tummy, Tails & Thighs - This class will tone and strengthen your glutes and abdominals leaving you feeling fit and looking great.
A combination of low impact exercises and a focus on core strength.
STRENGTH
Pure muscle. No cardio. Build your strength with low impact weight and resistance training. No class is the same, with a great variety to keep you motivated and challenged every time.

PILATES
Pilates is a form of whole body exercise with a focus on core strength. Helping to improve general fitness and overall well-being pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
SPIN
Indoor cycling class is an intense cardio workout focusing on strength, speed and endurance, with choreographed workouts to tone your muscles.
STEPFIT
An aerobic cardio class. Members step up, around and down from their "step" platform to choreographed patterns to boost heart rate, breathing and to strengthen muscles.
BOXING
Boxing is great for strength and fitness and is suitable for men & women, beginner and advanced levels. Pair up and spar with a partner or throw punches at the air or a punching bag.
ZUMBA
Get your groove on with a class packed full of dance moves ranging from Latino to Hip Hop and everything else in between. You'll have so much fun, you'll forget you're exercising!
OVER 50's
Designed to cater for our older adult member, these classes combine low impact strength moves with light balance and core focus.
YOGA
This class is a total mind-body workout that combines gentle strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
CF
Child Friendly.
All classes from 8.00am to 11.00am are child friendly (excluding yoga) along with Monday Boxing at 6.30pm.
