I'm the owner and one of the many smiling faces at DF Leongatha.
I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years & I believe that fitness needs to be fun, something to look forward to and also makes you feel good.
My passion is definitely group fitness and cardio, I love cardio. Picking a favourite class would be like picking a favourite child, I have one, but I hate to say and upset the others!
Sunday's you will find me running along our amazing rail trail.

I joined the team in 2010 when we opened, I am literally part of the furniture.
I instruct group fitness classes, write gym programs, take personal training clients and greet you at reception, but I am never working...
...It's only work if you don't enjoy what you do ;-)
Rhett (Rooster)
It's now been a scary 26 years in the industry for me, and I'm still passionate to learn, grow and help others do the same. My classes are functional fitness based which center around mobility, technique and a crossfit style of workout which will leave you exhausted but glad you came at the same time.
My goal is for you to leave my classes feeling stronger, satisfied and knackered. I personally love to stay fit and healthy, an obsession I've had since I was a kid. I love how DF Leongatha supports our local community to stay happy, healthy and connected. Come into our classes to learn, burn and have fun.

You'll see me regularly in the functional training room and spin classes.
I've been passionate about health and wellbeing for many years. I like to work hard, play hard and have fun. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
I love being a part of the DF Leongatha fitness family and the support it provides for its members and the wider community.
Come to my spin classes for fun, sweat and the endorphin rush!

I'm a mum of three amazing kids. I first became a member a member at DF Leongatha 5 years ago and have now found a love for resistance training.
Spin and HIIT are my go to classes when I'm here in the club.
If you see me around, come and say "Hi".
Halla
I love to dance. I have been a Zumba Instructor for 3 years and absolutely love dancing and singing up a storm with our members.
There is no such thing as a wrong move in Zumba and every class feels like a party.
You'll have so much fun, you'll forget you're exercising.

After becoming a PT in 2020, I knew I had found my place in the health and fitness industry! My passion is helping people find confidence in movement and transforming into the best version of themselves.
My favourite class is spin - you'll see me in there very regularly (apparently cardio is important, right?)
I love throwing heavy stuff arounds, so if you ever want to join me, just give me a yell!
Beau
Otherwise known as "Dayna's Son" at the gym. I'm very new to the fitness industry but I have a huge passion for my fitness and especially my sporting interests.
I started playing sport at a very young age, my favourites have to be football, basketball and cricket.
You'll find me around the gym, but mostly at reception. I'm always up for a chat, so come and say "Hi"!

Hi I'm Harper,
You may know me as Rhett & Melindas daughter. I love taking Spin classes and I am very passionate about Motivating & Yelling at people when they are not working hard enough. I also have loved going to the Gym for years because i love having laughs with the ladies and feeling buff (i'm alot buffer than my boyfriend). Hope to see you all in my Tuesday morning Spin classes ready to groove & pedal hard.

I was instantly welcomed, supported and challenged when I joined DF Fitness.
Now as a staff member I love that I can offer the same experience to our members.
I have 4 kids and since having them, my appreciation for what our bodies and minds are capable of has become very important to me.
I love distance running, but always want to evolve my health, fitness and strength.
This is why I am currently studying Cert 3 & 4 in fitness, to learn and share while instructing spin and group classes.

I am currently in school and completing my cert 3 in fitness to learn more about physical education. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and started playing different sports at a young age. You may have already seen me in many other group classes around the gym. I'll mainly be at the front desk but always ready to help out when I can!

I'm one of the staff at DF Fitness, I love to share my passion for moving your body, feeling confident, strong and happy. I have been a member here at DF Fitness for over 10 years, trying everything our club has to offer over the years. I have competed in a bodybuilding competition, Spartan races, boot camps, you name it. I love the variety of endless possibilities of what your body can do. Weights hold a special place in my heart, it's something I do for me!

I am a spin instructor, which I really love. If you come to one of my classes you will get a real mix of music. You may see me in many other group fitness classes.
Joining the gym and becoming an instructor has been the best decision. I love the people you meet and friends you make.

I love to teach yoga here. Many come for the stretch but fall in love with the feeling they take away.
I have been practicing yoga for many years, it keeps me physically flexible and mentally strong. In 2017 I completed my teacher training in order to share this magic in my community.
To practice yoga with me you do not have to be flexible, vegan, give up coffee or change anything about yourself. The magic just happens and you feel better instantly. Practice leads to a clearer head that makes healthier decisions. After all we are all a work in progress!
